   Boost your mood with 5 super simple exercises anyone can do! 
Did you know that just a few minutes of daily movement can “blow away” fatigue and “recharge” your energy? No need for a fancy gym or expensive equipment, just a few gentle movements at home or in the park, and you’ll feel the difference!
Here are 5 “easy as pie” exercises that Andurance Cares believes will help you kickstart your day full of energy:
Morning Stretch: Stand tall, take a deep breath, reach both hands high up, then gently exhale as you lower your arms. Repeat 5-10 times. Helps stretch muscles and relax.
Gentle Marching in Place: Lift your knees high and swing your arms rhythmically, as if walking. Do for 5-10 minutes. Great for cardio and staying in shape.
Seated Leg Extensions: Sit comfortably on a chair or floor, slowly extend one leg straight out, hold for 5 seconds, then lower. Repeat 10 times per leg. Helps strengthen leg muscles.
Wrist and Ankle Rotations: Sit comfortably, rotate your wrists and ankles in both directions. 10 times each direction. Helps keep joints flexible.
Deep Breathing & Relaxation: Sit quietly, place a hand on your stomach, take a deep breath so your belly expands, hold for 3 seconds, then slowly exhale. Repeat 5-7 times. Helps release tension.
