When should you contact your Support Coordinator for urgent help?
Life can sometimes bring unexpected challenges, especially for those on an NDIS journey. Knowing when to seek urgent support can make a huge difference.
– Here are 4 critical situations when you should contact your Support Coordinator at Andurance Care Service immediately:
-Primary Carer is Unwell or Unavailable: When your main caregiver or family member supporting you suddenly faces an emergency and can no longer provide care.
-Sudden Decline in Health or Mental Well-being: If there’s any sudden change significantly impacting your daily functioning.
-Unsafe Living Environment: When you feel unsafe or your current living situation no longer meets essential safety standards.
-Crisis Behavior or Safety Risk: If there’s unusual behavior posing a danger to yourself or others.
–  If you or a loved one are facing any of these situations, don’t worry. We’re here to help. We’ll:
–  Connect you with appropriate emergency services.
Assist in requesting urgent temporary funding to maintain essential supports.

– Arrange urgent accommodation or in-home support.
Work quickly with the NDIA to ensure your safety and rights are protected.
Message Andurance Care Service right away if you or a loved one are in crisis. We’re always here to provide timely support!
